Lismore Coffee Roaster Launches Premium Selection With Coffee That Rewrites The Rules

Endymion Coffee Roasters < 1 mins read

Today marks an exciting milestone for Lismore based coffee company Endymion Coffee Roasters. The limited release of their new coffee, Coffeea Liberica, is the first in a new range of Premium Selection coffees which owner Todd Everingham hopes will come to define Endymion's  reputation for quality and flavour.

Liberica is a completely different species of coffee to Arabica and Robusta, the most widely available coffee species. It is also resistant to many of the challenges that both Arabica and Robusta growers face. It can also be grown successfully at low altitudes. Characteristically, Liberica exhibits a captivating flavour profile which is a delightful blend of Arabica and Robusta.

Key Facts:

Lismore based coffee company Endymion Coffee Roasters are releasing the first coffee in their new Premium Selection today.

The coffee, Coffeea Liberica is a completely different species to the well known Arabica and Robusta and represents only 1.5per cent of global supply. However with its natural advantages of rust and disease resistance, and ability to thrive at low altitudes it may be well placed to take a larger share of the market in a warming world.

It also has wonderful flavours which are very versatile and it is able to be showcased as a Single Origin or as a blend with other coffees.
