Local Imam Brings Community Together for Australia Day Lunch at One of Queensland’s Largest Mosques

The Imam of Bait-ul-Masroor Mosque, Imam Mohammad Atae Rabbi Hadi, extends an invitation to all members of the community to the Australia Day Lunch at Bait-ul-Masroor Mosque on Saturday, 25 January 2025. This family-friendly event celebrates the spirit of togetherness and the vibrant multiculturalism that defines modern Australia.

Honourable Scott Buchholz MP, Federal LNP Member for Wright and Deputy Chair of Joint Standing Committee on Trade and Investment Growth, will be attending this significant event as a special guest.

The Premier of Queensland, the Honourable David Crisafulli MP, has elected the Honourable Fiona Simpson MP, Minister for Women and Women's Economic Security and Minister for Multiculturalism, to represent him at this event.

Additionally, Charis Mullen MP, Shadow Minister for Public Works and Shadow Minister for Multicultural Affairs, Mayor Jon Raven, members of the Queensland Parliament, and councillors from Logan City Council, Ipswich City Council, and Scenic Rim Council will also be in attendance, highlighting the importance of fostering community cohesion and multiculturalism.
