Sabre Resources Activities Report for Quarter Ended 31 December 2024

Sabre Resources (ASX:SBR) 3 mins read

EXPLORATION ACTIVITIES DURING THE QUARTER
Ngalia Basin, NT - High-Grade Uranium Prospects (80%)

The Company has continued to develop drilling targets on its Dingo Uranium Project, which is part of the Company’s 1,100 sq.km tenement package in the highly-prospective Ngalia Basin uranium province. The project is located 300km north-west of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory (see Figure 1).

The Company is targeting roll-front/tabular sandstone-hosted deposits within the Mt Eclipse Sandstone on the Dingo tenements, similar to other high-grade uranium deposits in the region. These include the Bigrlyi Mineral Resource of 6.32Mt @ 1,530ppm U3O8 and 960ppm V2O5 1 and the Camel Flat Inferred Mineral Resource of 211,000t at 1,384ppm U3O8 2 (located in an excised retention lease within E32829 held by Energy Metals Ltd (ASX:EME), see Figure 2).

These uranium deposits are hosted by reduced carbonaceous/pyrite bearing horizons in the Mt Eclipse Sandstone which can be detected as Induced Polarisation (IP) chargeability anomalies.

Previous drone magnetics and radiometric imagery indicates that the Mt Eclipse Sandstone occurs extensively within the Dingo Project tenements3 (see Figure 2).

During the Quarter the Company carried out a Gradient Array IP (GAIP) survey over a 4km strike-length corridor of interpreted Mt Eclipse Sandstone extending northeast from the excised tenement which hosts the Camel Flat deposit (see Figures 2 and 3). The GAIP survey included 24 line-km of 200m x 50m stations on four 1km x 1km grids.

The processed imagery from the new GAIP survey highlighted four distinct IP chargeability anomalies extending northeast of Camel Flat over an aggregate strike-length of approximately 3.5km (see Figure 3) 4 .

The IP chargeability anomalies have been offset by potentially mineralised faults and are targets for uranium bearing carbonaceous/pyritic units within the Mt Eclipse Sandstone.

About us:

Sabre Resources Limited (‘Sabre’ or ‘the Company’) (ASX:SBR) is focused on the exploration and development of a highly prospective portfolio of nickel sulphide, lithium and gold assets in Western Australia, and uranium-vanadium prospects in the Northern Territory.

Sabre’s flagship project is the Sherlock Bay (nickel-copper-cobalt) Project – a significant, un-developed, nickel sulphide deposit in the highly prospective Pilbara Region of Western Australia.

The Company has also established a 300 square kilometre holding in the northwest Pilbara lithium province near the major Andover lithium discovery of Azure Minerals Ltd (ASX:AZS).  Azure has intersected 209m of spodumene bearing pegmatite grading 1.42% Li2O at the Andover Project.

Sabre also has a large tenement holding at Cave Hill south of Coolgardie in the Eastern Goldfields.  These tenements also have significant lithium potential, being located south within the same belt as the Kangaroo Hills lithium discovery of Future Battery Minerals Ltd (ASX:FMB).

In the Northern Territory, Sabre holds an 80% interest in the Ngalia Uranium-Vanadium Project, which comprises two granted exploration licences and five new applications in the highly prospective Ngalia Basin near existing uranium-vanadium resource projects.

Infrastructure Priority List highlights need to plan for heavy construction materials supply

Key Facts: Infrastructure planning across Australia must be supported by clear understanding of construction materials supply to avoid project delays Materials supply is identified as the largest non-labour supply risk to infrastructure delivery, particularly steel, quarry products and concrete Coordinated supply and demand analysis for construction materials is crucial for efficient delivery of national infrastructure projects South East Queensland faces potential supply shortages as demand for materials is expected to increase due to population growth and 2032 Olympics Lack of proper planning could result in project delays, higher costs and supply bottlenecks affecting national infrastructure development Governments across Australia must…
