Keen to gain advice about natural treatments to help deal with digestion, stress, fatigue or infertility at affordable prices?

Torrens University’s Practice Wellbeing Centre is soon relocating to its Flinders Street campus, in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. The Centre offers a unique, student-led approach to holistic health, giving people access to affordable, high-quality care at a time when the cost of living and waiting lists for traditional practitioners can make it hard to get help.

Natalie Cook, Director of Innovation, Industry & Employability – Health & Education at Torrens University said the Practice Wellbeing Centre is proud to provide a variety of services under one roof, including Naturopathy, Western Herbal Medicine, Chinese Medicine, Clinical Myotherapy and Nutrition.

“Access to natural health options should not be a luxury and our aim at The Practice Wellbeing Centre is to make holistic health and wellbeing services available to everyone.

“At the Practice Wellbeing Centre, you’re not just taking care of yourself—you’re helping students gain invaluable real-world experience in their chosen fields. Every visit supports the development of future health professionals, fostering a strong connection between the local community and the next generation of holistic health experts.”

“Whether you're seeking general diet and lifestyle advice, energy-boosting treatments, or addressing specific health concerns, our experienced practitioners supervise each session, ensuring that you receive comprehensive, professional care at a fraction of the cost,” said Natalie.

Clinic costs range from $10 – $20 for naturopathy, western herbal medicine and acupuncture. Dispensed remedies are charged at recommended retail prices.

Dr Greg Connolly, Associate Professor of Naturopathy, has been involved in the clinical training of naturopathy students for over 35 years.

“Our clinic students are dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate. They are exceptionally well trained in health sciences and evidence-based medicine and are professionally supervised by very experienced, highly qualified naturopaths.”

“Our naturopathy students have a solid foundation of the principles of natural health such as the healing power of nature and using gentle, natural therapies to help you have the very best health with good vitality in body, mind and spirit,” said Dr Connolly.
