2025 State Election Forum 

 

Shelter WA is holding a sold-out election forum on housing and homelessness, bringing together key representatives in a moderated discussion to probe how each candidate plans to tackle the state’s housing crisis.

 

With the state election just weeks away, Shelter WA is hosting an election forum on Tuesday February 4, 2025, from 4.30pm at the State Library Theatre. This two-hour event will take a deep dive into the ideas, opportunities and challenges faced by WA in regards to housing and homelessness. 

 

The forum will feature representatives from the major political parties, each presenting their vision for increasing social and affordable housing and addressing homelessness in WA. The event will be moderated by ABC Journalist and Mornings Program presenter Nadia Mitsopoulos, followed by an audience Q&A session.
