Melbourne Victory, one of Australia's most storied soccer clubs, and Advantage Capital Holdings, LLC’s wholly owned subsidiary, ACM Delegate LLC (together “A-CAP”), are pleased to announce the successful divestiture of the interests controlled by A-CAP in Melbourne Victory. The transaction marks a pivotal moment in the Club's history, seeing the exit of 777 Partners’ involvement with the Club and setting the stage for future growth and success for Victory, both on and off the field.
