Imam Kauser, National President and Missionary-in-Charge of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Australia said:

 

"We are very saddened to hear about the passing of Pope Francis. He dedicated his life to helping the poor and those who were suffering from war, injustice, and persecution. He was a kind and humble man who worked to bring people of different faiths together. On behalf of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Australia, I offer our heartfelt condolences to the Catholic Church and its members."
