Strata Community Association < 1 mins read

The Strata Community Association (SCA), in partnership with the UNSW City Futures Research Centre (CFRC), announces the release of the Australasia Strata Insights Report 2024. This report provides a detailed analysis of the strata industry across Australia and New Zealand, using national census data, land titles, and strata management surveys.

As the only report offering a holistic view of the strata sector, it is an essential resource for policymakers, industry professionals, and stakeholders. It highlights key trends, growth patterns, and demographic shifts, emphasizing strata’s role in housing policies and urban development.
To discuss key findings, we invite media representatives to an exclusive webinar.
