Regional renewal in social and affordable housing for Port Stephens
Three ageing social houses to be transformed into 13 social and affordable townhouses, supporting approximately 32 people in the port stephens community access affordable housing.
Hume Housing will deliver 13 social and affordable dwellings on Phillip Street Raymond Terrace thanks to a $6million investment from the Federal Government through the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF) and a $1.5million investment from the NSW Government.
Following DA approval from the Port Stephens Council this development will transform three ageing social houses into 13 brand-new state of the art 2-bedroom townhouses.
Hume Housing Chief Executive Officer, Brad Braithwaite, welcomed the record investment from the Federal Government.
