Over 500 members of the NSW RFS will be gathering at the bi-annual RFSA Conference at Tamworth Regional Entertainment and Conference Centre (TRECC) from Friday 30 May – Sunday 1 June 2025.

 

Media are welcome to attend the opening of the RFSA Conference keynote day. From 8:30-9:00 am on Saturday 31 May, conference attendees will be arriving including the Minister and Shadow Emergency Services Minister, and NSW RFS Commissioner.

 

RFSA President Scott Campbell will be available for interviews.

 

Media will also be able to access the Conference exhibit which features prototypes of new fire truck designs, RFS heritage vehicles and a live-fire demonstration, among other supplier displays.

The RFSA is the representative organisation of the volunteers and staff of the NSW Rural Fire Service, recognised in the Rural Fires Act 1997 (NSW).
