SodaStream Australia appoints Olga Zanetti as Managing Director

A seasoned professional with over 20 years experience, Olga brings a proven track record of strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and a passion for building high-performing, purpose-driven teams. Her appointment comes at a pivotal time for SodaStream Australia, as the brand experiences continued growth and accelerates its commitment to innovation, environmental impact, and community engagement.

Renowned for delivering strong business outcomes, she is recognised for championing innovation and fostering cultures of empowerment and agility. Most recently, she served as Head of Merchandise at Coles, where she played a key role in shaping strategic direction, delivering sustainable category growth, and leading cross-functional teams through complex challenges. Her ability to navigate complex business environments and her keen strategic insight will be invaluable assets to SodaStream Australia.

Olga's leadership style is grounded in inclusivity, transparency, and a commitment to shared success - values that strongly align with SodaStream’s global mission to empower individuals to live more sustainably. A dedicated advocate for mentoring and team development, she is known for fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Outside of work, Olga is a dedicated parent who enjoys supporting her two children in their sporting endeavours, from football to basketball. Her ability to balance professional excellence with personal commitments embodies a well-rounded leadership ethos that balances ambition with authenticity.    

Olga Zanetti’s appointment is effective immediately.

CIMIC’s UGL awarded fibre upgrade works with NBN Co

UGL has been awarded a 3.5-year contract by NBN Co under nbn’s program to upgrade the remaining Fibre to the Node network.
