Data#3 appoints Rowena Collins as General Manager for Queensland and Pacific Islands

June 30, 2025; Brisbane, Australia: Leading Australian technology services and solutions provider, Data#3, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rowena Collins as General Manager for Queensland and Pacific Islands, effective 1 July 2025. Collins succeeds Ray Merlano, who is retiring after an outstanding career spanning over 27 years with the company.

In her new role, Collins will lead the Queensland and Pacific Islands business, overseeing strategic growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence across the region. Her appointment follows a rigorous selection process, reflecting Data#3’s commitment to both merit-based advancement and the development of internal talent.

Rowena brings over 20 years of experience in the ICT industry, including more than 13 years with Data#3. She has held senior roles across services and major accounts, working with both commercial and government sectors. As a key contributor to the Data#3 Queensland Major Accounts Group, she has consistently delivered cross-line-of-business outcomes, built enduring customer and vendor relationships, and demonstrated a deep understanding of Data#3’s culture.
