This national report presents findings from a comprehensive survey conducted across Australia, capturing the lived experiences of individuals and families affected by Tourette Syndrome and other tic disorders. The findings are alarming with severe and widespread gaps in diagnosis and treatment, mental health support, education, employment, and access to care.

Commissioners call on government to support efforts to bring back Australian women and children from Syria

The Australian Human Rights Commission’s President and Commissioners for children and women’s rights have called on the Australian Government to support efforts to enable 34 Australian women and children held in the al-Roj camp in Syria to return to Australia.
