Resolution Minerals (ASX:RML) Strengthens U.S. Expansion Strategy with Strategic Appointments of Steve Promnitz and Brett Lynch

Momentum builds at Horse Heaven with new leadership and imminent drilling campaign

Resolution Minerals Ltd (ASX: RML) is pleased to announce the appointment of experienced mining executives Steve Promnitz and Brett Lynch as Senior Strategic Advisers. These appointments reinforce Resolution’s commitment to its U.S.-focused critical minerals strategy and build on the Company’s recent progress at its flagship Horse Heaven Project in Idaho.

The appointments come as Resolution prepares to commence a fully permitted drilling campaign at Horse Heaven, targeting antimony, tungsten, gold, and silver. The project’s close proximity to Perpetua Resources’ US$2 billion Stibnite Antimony & Gold Mine positions Resolution strongly within the domestic U.S. supply chain for strategic metals.

Promnitz and Lynch bring proven experience in developing U.S.-based mining assets within ASX-listed companies:

  • Steve Promnitz led the transformation of Lake Resources (ASX: LKE) from a $1 million market cap explorer into a $3 billion lithium company through its Kachi Lithium Project.

  • Brett Lynch was instrumental in the growth of Sayona Mining (ASX: SYA), which again, increased in value to a multi-billion market cap company including the acquisition and restart of North American Lithium.

Both appointees bring extensive networks within U.S. and international capital markets, and direct experience navigating U.S. regulatory, commercial, and investor environments. Their focus will include downstream infrastructure strategy, commercialisation activities, U.S. listings, and business development initiatives.

Steve Promnitz said:

“RML’s Horse Heaven project has the urgently needed strategic minerals in a prime location with significant upside, as an extension to an adjoining major project. It may well be Stibnite 2.0. I’ve been on the lookout for the right critical minerals opportunity for some time that has size, scale, location, upside and a clear development path — and Horse Heaven meets this criteria”.

Brett Lynch commented:

“It’s clear that RML is uniquely placed to become one of the leading critical metals Companies operating in the USA. With its history and proximity to Perpetua — one of the largest permitted antimony/gold mines in USA — it’s already off to a flying start. Combine this with extremely supportive White House policies for local production and record gold and antimony prices, it makes this the right project at the right time in my view. I look forward to helping steer this journey and creating extraordinary shareholder returns”.

Resolution Managing Director Ari Zaetz said:

“The appointments of Steve Promnitz and Brett Lynch mark a significant inflection point for Resolution. These are two accomplished executives in the critical minerals space, each with a proven track record of creating billions in shareholder value through disciplined North American expansion. Their combined experience and networks will be invaluable as we scale Resolution into a North America-facing critical minerals growth story”.

The Horse Heaven Project, with a legacy of past production during both World Wars and the Korean War, is now poised for a new chapter as part of the U.S. effort to rebuild its domestic critical minerals capability.
