Two major milestones in just two weeks have cemented Habitat Development Group’s position as a powerhouse in shaping the Sunshine Coast skyline and its future.
This week, Habitat celebrated the topping out of its landmark St Clair development on the shores of Lake Kawana, as construction reached its highest point. The moment marks more than just structural progress; it signals continued momentum for a developer that has delivered every project it has brought to market for over 20 years.
The milestone closely follows the sod-turning of The Millwell in Maroochydore, a bold lifestyle project set to bring a new level of sophistication and the region’s first rooftop, 25-metre infinity-edge pool, to the heart of the Coast’s city centre. With over 60% sold, The Millwell is already generating strong buyer interest and more than 400 construction jobs for the local economy.

St Clair has also achieved more than 60% sold to date, with its absolute waterfront location on Lake Kawana offering never-to-be-built-out views of the lake, river and parklands. Residents will enjoy resort-style amenities including a private lounge, 25m pool, rooftop terrace with sweeping ocean and hinterland views, and outdoor dining and entertaining areas.
Meanwhile, The Millwell continues the momentum in Maroochydore with a design that blends amenity, liveability and walkability, a strong response to buyer demand for low-maintenance homes that don’t compromise on quality or location.
