Athos Commerce Appoints Chuck Haling as CEO to Lead Next Phase of Growth

Former FieldWare CEO brings deep integration and revenue expertise to accelerate global execution.


SAN ANTONIO, Texas--BUSINESS WIRE--

Athos Commerce today announced the appointment of Chuck Haling as Chief Executive Officer. A growth-driven leader with a track record of building and integrating high-performing software businesses, Haling most recently served as CEO of FieldWare, where he unified two acquired companies into a single high-performance organization.

Haling joins at a pivotal moment for Athos Commerce as the company advances its mission to equip retailers with sharper discovery, smarter personalization, and stronger merchandising agility. His background aligns closely with the company’s next chapter: unifying operations, deepening commercial discipline, and driving measurable results across global markets.

Prior to FieldWare, Haling spent more than a decade as Head of Revenue at VelocityEHS. He also served as a Principal and Operating Partner at Arrowroot Capital, a software-focused private equity firm, where he advised portfolio companies on go-to-market strategy, M&A, and team development. He has held multiple board roles and brings deep experience in scaling private equity-backed software businesses.

Haling holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Columbia College of Missouri.
