Coles is helping customers stretch their budgets further this spring by lowering the price of more than 240 products, with an average saving of 19% in-store and online.

From tomorrow, customers can save on everyday essentials, household items and entertaining favourites as they dust off picnic rugs and fire up the barbecue for spring. These seasonal reductions are part of Coles’ ongoing commitment to value, giving customers 12 weeks of price certainty on the seasonal products they buy most often.

Additionally, more than 1 in 2 (59%) Australians are researching specials to decide where to go shopping and 59% of people are buying more specials than they were a year ago.

Since January this year, Coles has lowered the price of more than 1,100 products on Down Down, delivering an average discount of over 20% for a period of at least 12 weeks. These price promotions are in addition to thousands of weekly specials available every week at Coles.

Coles Chief Executive Officer, Leah Weckert, said Coles is committed to providing value to customers this spring to help lower the cost of the weekly shop.

“We know Australian households and families are still feeling the pressure of higher living costs, even as inflation and interest rates continues to ease.

“With warmer weather around the corner, many families will be entertaining more at home. That’s why we’ve reduced prices on many popular spring products as well as everyday household essentials that matter most to customers this season.

“At Coles, we are dedicated to delivering value at the checkout. Through seasonal price promotions like those announced today, thousands of weekly specials, and programs like Flybuys, we are committed to helping our customers save more every time they shop with us.”
