The official ribbon-cutting ceremony was conducted by the Hon. Stephen Dawson MLC, Minister for Regional Development; Ports; Science and Innovation; Medical Research; Kimberley, who attended the event with Linda Pickering, Parliament Liaison Officer for the Office of the Hon. Stephen Dawson MLC.

The ceremony featured speeches from the Hon. Stephen Dawson MLC and Data#3 Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Brad Colledge, with Data#3 General Manager for Western Australia, Vince Troth, serving as compere.

Other esteemed guests also included members of the WA Management Team, valued Data#3 customers, and two of the company’s world-leading technology partners, Microsoft and Cisco.

Reflecting on the milestone, Colledge, stated, “This new office embodies our commitment to driving innovation and delivering transformative solutions for the people of Western Australia. It stands as a testament to our long-term investment in the region and our unwavering belief in the power of technology to shape a better future for all. We look forward to fostering new collaborations and strengthening our support for organisations across the state.”

This event was also the first official engagement for Troth, who celebrated the occasion, stating, “This is more than an office opening. It’s a demonstration of the confidence in our people, our leadership, and Data#3’s direction in Western Australia. The team here is incredibly capable and passionate. We’re proud to celebrate this moment with those who’ve supported our journey.”
