RooLife Secures Landmark China Supply Agreement with Fortune 500 Giant Eternal Asia

Jane Morgan Manegement Pty Ltd 2 mins read

RELEASE DATE: 6 August 2025

ASX-listed e-commerce and technology company RooLife Group Ltd (ASX: RLG) has signed a significant two-year supply agreement with Shenzhen-based Eternal Asia (SZSE: 002183), one of China’s largest supply chain service providers and a Fortune China 500 company.

The strategic partnership will see RooLife source and supply health & wellness and food & beverage products for distribution through Eternal Asia’s vast network spanning over 320 cities, more than one million retail outlets, and servicing 100+ Fortune Global 500 companies.

The agreement has the potential to generate up to CNY 500 million (~A$110 million) in gross order value annually, subject to confirmed purchase orders and fulfilment capacity. Initial product requests have already been received, with RooLife actively sourcing suppliers to meet demand.

Eternal Asia is a pioneer in China’s logistics and distribution space, providing access to the country’s general trade network — which accounts for the majority of consumer retail sales — across physical stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, enterprise buyers, and domestic e-commerce platforms.

RooLife Managing Director Bryan Carr said the agreement was a transformational opportunity:

"This agreement marks a pivotal milestone for RLG. Eternal Asia’s reach across more than one million retail outlets in China presents a significant opportunity to scale high-margin product sales, including RLG's own brands and other health and wellness products that RLG supplies in a rapidly expanding market. The demand and product sales data Eternal Asia provides will further power RLG’s Intelligent Commerce engine. By embedding into China’s national distribution network, we’re positioned to supply at volume, without the traditional costs of brand-building or warehousing.

Importantly, the partnership supply agreement provides significant growth opportunities for RLG, adding a new substantial sales channel for RLG’s products, with additional and lucrative revenue opportunities for RLG by servicing and fulfilling specific orders from Eternal Asia. The Agreement also creates an opportunity for Australian producers to participate in fulfilling this demand — unlocking direct access to one of the world’s largest retail economies.

The agreement also provides a framework for future product categories, including renewable energy technology, aligning with RooLife’s growth strategy across high-demand, high-margin verticals.

The initial two-year agreement is effective from 5 August 2025 and may be renewed by mutual agreement. There are no minimum order commitments, with orders placed and accepted on an individual basis.
