A major hunt continues for the man accused of shooting dead two police officers in Victoria's north-east on Tuesday. The suspect, Dezi Freeman, is a self-identified 'sovereign citizen'.

Dr Harry Hobbs is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law and Justice at UNSW. Harry is examining the phenomenon of micronations and the growth of sovereign citizens and pseudolaw adherents in Australia and their impact on the administration of justice.
