UR Digital Named Finalist in 2025 Business NSW Awards

UR Digital 2 mins read

Sydney, 4th August 2025 – Sydney-based SEO, digital PR and ASO agency UR Digital has been named a finalist in the 2025 Business NSW Awards, reflecting its standout performance and people-first culture in an increasingly competitive digital landscape.

Now in its fourth year, the boutique agency – comprising seven team members – has been shortlisted in two categories:

  • Employer of Choice – 20 Employees & Under
  • Excellence in Small Business

The Employer of Choice category recognises businesses that foster exceptional workplace environments where people want to stay and grow. Excellence in Small Business honours those demonstrating innovation, resilience and sustained growth in a fast-changing economy. UR Digital has achieved both, while staying small by design.

"We've never chased headcount – instead we focus on being unusually effective," says Pulkit Agrawal, Founder and SEO Director of UR Digital. "We hire slowly, build deliberately and constantly improve how we operate – for clients and for the team.”

The announcement follows a strong year of industry recognition for the agency:

  • Winner – Best Use of Search (Real Estate & Property), 2025 APAC Search Awards
  • Finalist – Best Small SEO Agency, APAC Search Awards
  • Finalist (x2) – Best Use of PR in a Search Campaign, APAC Search Awards
  • Finalist – Digital Marketing Category, Australian Small Business Champion Awards 2025

UR Digital specialises in SEO, digital PR and App Store Optimisation (ASO), combining technical precision with strategic storytelling. Its services include search strategy, technical SEO, topical authority mapping and AI-readiness – helping clients stay visible on both traditional search engines and new GPT-powered platforms.

With a client base spanning law, ecommerce, travel, publishing, electronics and even prison reintegration, UR Digital delivers visibility that goes beyond rankings.

“Digital marketing is saturated with recycled tactics and recycled metrics,” says Agrawal. “We work with businesses that want more than just traffic – they want visibility that builds trust,  generates leads and delivers lasting growth.”
