Welcome spring with a day out at the Coal Loader Artisans Market

North Sydney Council < 1 mins read

When: Sunday 7 September 2025, 9am to 3pm
Where: The Coal Loader Centre for Sustainability, 2 Balls Head Drive, Waverton

Celebrate the start of spring with a day of browsing and exploring at one of Sydney’s most scenic spots. The Coal Loader Artisans Market returns with a curated selection of stalls showcasing sustainable, original and creative handmade products from emerging and established designers, artists and makers.

Shoppers can browse unique homewares, artworks, jewellery and gourmet treats, while enjoying the lively atmosphere of the historic Coal Loader site. With live music, tasty food options and plenty of room to roam, relax or play, it’s a great way to spend the day, by yourself or with friends and family.

Coinciding with Father’s Day, the market is also the perfect excuse to spend the day at the Coal Loader with Dad. Discover unique gifts, soak up the creative atmosphere, and enjoy quality time together. Pack a picnic or grab a bite from the Coal Loader Café or the food stalls available on site.

Visitors are encouraged to bring along reusable bags and keep cups, and spend the day celebrating sustainability, creativity and community.
