MyState Bank and Auswide Bank waive fees on new refinance deals

MyState Bank has waived establishment fees, saving customers up to $300, and cut
settlement fees worth $350. Customers making the switch can save up to $650.
Auswide Bank has also cut establishment fees worth $300 and settlement fees valued at $100. Eligible customers can save up to $400 per application. The first year package fee for the Freedom Package Home Loan worth $395 is also waived.

MyState Bank has reduced rates on Interest Only Investor loans by a further 15bps following the recent 25bps reduction on August 28.


4 September 2025:

 MyState Bank and Auswide Bank have cut fees and further reduced
interest rates to help customers refinance their home loans.

MyState Bank has waived establishment fees, saving customers up to $300, and cut
settlement fees worth $350. Customers making the switch can save up to $650.
Auswide Bank has also cut establishment fees worth $300 and settlement fees valued at $100. Eligible customers can save up to $400 per application. The first year package fee for the Freedom Package Home Loan worth $395 is also waived.

MyState Bank has reduced rates on Interest Only Investor loans by a further 15bps following the recent 25bps reduction on August 28.

The changes are effective immediately.

Mark Woolnough, Group Head of Broker, said the changes came from listening to brokers.

“Brokers are telling us that customers are increasingly looking for competitive alternatives to manage their home lending costs. The fee waivers and rate reductions remove common barriers that can delay refinancing decisions.”

“Brokers can now offer clients substantial upfront savings alongside competitive ongoing rates.”
