NEW MURCHISON GOLD DELIVERS STRONG FIRST MONTH OF PRODUCTION AT CROWN PRINCE

Jane Morgan Management 2 mins read

30 September 2025 – Perth, Western Australia | New Murchison Gold Limited (ASX:NMG) (“NMG” or the “Company”) is pleased to report a strong operational start at the Crown Prince Gold Mine, located within the Company’s Garden Gully Gold Project in Western Australia’s prolific Murchison region.

During its first month of operations, the Company successfully mined and crushed 31,000 dry tonnes of ore at an agreed grade of 3.23g/t Au (adjusted for recovery), which was transported to Westgold Resources Limited’s Bluebird gold processing facility, located about 36km south by road.

Under the existing Ore Purchase Agreement with Westgold, NMG is entitled to receive revenue based on recoverable gold ounces. For September 2025, the agreed recoverable gold totalled 3,231oz, with first revenue to be received in October.

Alex Passmore, CEO of New Murchison Gold, commented: “Since the commencement of trucking ore to Bluebird we have ramped up crushing and stockpiling activities and look forward to first revenue from Crown Prince in October. We are continuing to ramp up production from the open pit and are debottlenecking key areas of our process. The December quarter will see the first full quarter of production from the operation, and we are expecting a strong start in October.”

Mining activities are progressing to plan, with both the operations team and on-site contractors working cohesively to ensure stability and safety across the site. The Company has established a solid production inventory heading into Q4:

  • 33,600 tonnes (wet) of run-of-mine ore stockpiled and awaiting crushing

  • 11,000 tonnes (wet) of crushed high-grade product awaiting trucking for processing

These volumes are expected to support a strong continuation of production and ore sales in October.

The Crown Prince Gold Mine is the most advanced deposit within NMG’s broader Garden Gully Project. Following the delivery of a Feasibility Study and maiden Ore Reserve in February 2025, the Company made a final investment decision in June 2025 and completed its first blast at the end of that month. Production officially commenced in September 2025.
