Unveiling MaxiCharger DS600L: Next-Generation Liquid-Cooled System

Prior to the exhibition, Autel Energy unveiled its MaxiCharger DS600L Liquid-Cooled System and MaxiModule LCM60/120 Liquid-Cooled Power Modules at the invitation-only EV Charging Innovation Seminar held on October 28 at the Crowne Plaza Melbourne.

The MaxiCharger DS600L Liquid-Cooled System is Autel Energy’s next-generation high-power charging solution designed for scalability, flexibility and reliability. With new liquid-cooled power modules integrated, the DS600L delivers up to 3 MW total output per cabinet cluster, supporting CCS and MCS standards for fleet and depot applications. It enables seamless integration with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and PV through Autel’s proprietary Energy Management System (EMS), which optimizes energy flow and operational efficiency. Featuring AI-driven predictive maintenance, 1+1 mainboard backup, intelligent O&M and over 99% uptime, the DS600L ensures intelligent, stable and future-ready charging for large-scale infrastructure.

The DS600L also offers flexible compatibility with multiple dispensers and terminals, ranging from passenger vehicle posts to heavy-duty truck units, enabling tailored solutions to meet diverse operational requirements.

Showcasing Autel iGreen Charging solution at All Energy Australia 2025

From October 29 to 30 at All Energy Australia 2025, Autel Energy showcased its One-Stop Intelligent Charging Network featuring the new-generation MaxiCharger DC Series, including the DH480 and DT500, and the latest AC Single Charger for both commercial and residential use. Powered by AI, the DC Series delivers cutting-edge performance and intelligent connectivity, with DH480 supporting up to 480 kW dual-port outputfor simultaneous fast charging and the DT500 offering up to500 Afor heavy-duty transport and fleet operations. The AC Single Charger delivers reliable 22 kW charging, ideal for high-traffic locations, and supports intelligent load balancing for up to 200 chargers.

As an innovation from Autel EV Charging Solution, Autel also showcased The Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), which collaborates with the Charging Network to deliver the complete Autel iGreen Charging Solution — a one-stop intelligent solution integrating PV, ESS, EVSE, EMS, and CSMS. BESS integrates the MaxiESS ESA500, MaxiEdge Controller and MaxiPower X/S Energy Management System (EMS) to form a comprehensive foundation for future charging networks, including scalable cabinet systems, high-performance terminals and next-generation all-in-one chargers. Through Autel’s self-developed CSMS and EMS platforms, the system enables real-time coordination between PV, storage and charging, as well as dynamic charge and discharge to maximize efficiency and reliability to achieve over 30% energy cost savings.

Embracing AI Integration

In addition to advancing its hardware, Autel Energy places AI integration at the core of its development strategy. The AI-driven features support predictive maintenance, real-time network optimization and improved user experience, enabling operators to manage infrastructure proactively, increase reliability, reduce downtime and deliver a smoother charging process for drivers.
