From research to results: CarExpert accelerates the future of automotive marketing at RevUp 2025

Loyal 3 mins read

Sydney, 23 October 2025 — CarExpert has once again cemented its position as Australia’s most innovative automotive media and technology platform, unveiling a suite of research insights, digital advancements, and partner solutions at its annual RevUp event.

Hosted in both Melbourne and Sydney, the showcase brought together OEMs, agencies, and industry partners for an exclusive look at the Road to Purchase research findings and the next generation of CarExpert products, all designed to accelerate decision-making and influence within the increasingly compressed car-buying window.

CarExpert CEO Damon Rielly said the findings underscored the importance of meeting buyers at the right time with the right tools.

“Even with more brands, models and technology choices than ever before, Australians are deciding quicker,” Rielly said. “But the key takeaway is that seven in ten buyers remain open to influence during the three-month buying window. For the industry, that’s where the fight for consideration is won.”

Rielly also reiterated CarExpert’s move deeper into the marketplace.

“CarExpert has always been the trusted place to research and compare cars. Now Australians can buy through us as well. Our New Car Specialist team takes the stress out of the process by sourcing offers and handling the transaction from start to finish. It’s about confidence and convenience for buyers, and a smarter, data-driven connection for brands with customers ready to act.”

From attention to action

Co-founder Paul Maric emphasised CarExpert’s ability to deliver meaningful audience engagement at scale.

“While most advertisers are fighting for a few seconds of attention, our audience gives us eight to ten minutes per session,” Maric said. “That’s over 1.5 million hours of active engagement every month and it’s entirely voluntary. They’re not skipping ads. They’re choosing to spend time with us. That’s where influence truly happens."

Expanding innovative media opportunities

CarExpert’s Commercial Director, Mat McNay, unveiled the expansion of the company’s media and content offerings, designed to give brands richer, more effective ways to connect with in-market car buyers.

McNay outlined how buyers using CarExpert’s tools are four times more likely to take action, with a recent always-on campaign delivering a 46 per cent lift in brand consideration and a 177 per cent increase in enquiry. He also spoke to new video and content sponsorship opportunities, including the expansion of CarExpert’s 24-hour streaming presence across YouTube and Channel 7, allowing brands to integrate within market-leading editorial formats like Mega Tests and Rapid Reviews.

“Quite simply, content sells new cars. When brands activate with us in contextual environments, backed by data and great creative, the results are immediate.”

“We’ve expanded our premium automotive display network to include CarSauce and BabyDrive, giving advertisers greater access to contextual, in-market buyers. We know review websites remain the most trusted and influential source for new car decisions, and this move delivers added reach without the wastage that comes with classifieds or used-car inventory.”

“Every format across CarExpert’s portfolio is backed by data, AI-driven insights, and audience intelligence. Ensuring that client campaigns land in high-trust, high-intent environments where buyers are making decisions.”

“With more makes and models on sale than ever before it’s vital for brands to cut through the noise. Our new products activating AI tools, Car Chooser and Comparison products allow brands to be present in these environments becoming unmissable in the shortlisting phase”

Pantera defines seven high-priority drill targets at Gillham Silver-Antimony Project, Arkansas

Perth, Australia – Pantera Lithium Limited (ASX:PFE) has identified seven high-impact exploration targets across its Gillham Silver-Antimony Project in southwest Arkansas, marking the first modern exploration program in the historic district in over a century. The work highlights multiple zones of antimony-silver-base-metal potential within a region that previously hosted more than 18 mine sites but has never undergone systematic modern exploration. Pantera’s technical studies confirm the presence…
