  1. Drink Jacaranda Gin - Imbibs Craft Distillery are now distilling Jacaranda Gin year round. Pick up a bottle at the cellar door Fridays 10am-6pm or order online.
  2. Taste the Jacaranda duo at The Rusty Nail - Try halloumi tacos in a purple shell or the new Jacaranda cocktail.
  3. Try a purple milkshake or ice cream - Lavender and honeycomb ice cream and a new Imbibis blueberry and gin ice cream are on the menu this month at UB's Milk Bar.
  4. Dress in purple - Ipswich boutiques Oh! JoJo and Obsession Shoes are bursting with Jacaranda coloured dresses, shoes and accessories.
  5. Sip the season with purple tinted elixirs - purple iced tea with edible glitter, sparkling water with Davidson plum and lattes layered with purple hues are on the menu at Nhuralama and Drift & Stone at Friday night markets and events in October.
  6. Attend the Goodna Jacaranda Festival - the festival will run 24-25 October at Evean Margison Park Goodna.
