Renown Lending Expands Broker Opportunities with New White Label and Wholesale Funding Solutions

Private lender Renown Lending has announced two major initiatives aimed at strengthening its relationship with Australian brokers — the launch of a White Label Program and a new wholesale funding line sourced from Singapore.

The new White Label Program enables brokers and aggregators to offer Renown Lending’s range of private credit solutions under their own brand — a move inspired by the success of Pepper Money’s industry-leading program. Brokers can now deliver property-backed, cashflow, and development finance products while Renown Lending manages the credit assessment, documentation, and compliance functions.

“Our white label program gives brokers everything they need to act like a lender, without having to build one from scratch,” said Kalpi Prasad, Founder of Renown Lending. “They can keep their brand front and centre while relying on our expertise and funding.”

Renown Lending has also secured a wholesale funding facility from Singapore, opening access to competitive asset-backed lending rates from 7.65% p.a. The facility allows brokers to fund loans from $200,000 to $30 million across residential, commercial, and development projects.

“This wholesale line connects international capital to local opportunity,” Prasad explained. “We’re giving brokers the liquidity to support their clients faster and more ethically than the big banks.”

Prasad added that private lending is no longer a niche offering but an essential tool for brokers servicing clients who fall outside traditional banking parameters.

“Private credit is about agility and trust. Brokers who partner with us can genuinely say yes when others can’t.”
