Melbourne, Australia — The Property Advisory (TPA) has completed the $32.5 million acquisition of the Greensborough Medical & Day Hospital, a landmark healthcare facility located in Melbourne’s north-east.

The acquisition strengthens TPA’s focus on resilient, income-generating healthcare real estate assets and reflects the group’s disciplined, thematic investment strategy.

The fully refurbished facility is leased to ASX-listed Healius Limited (ASX: HLS) under a long-term agreement until 2033 and accommodates leading healthcare providers including ForHealth, Adora Fertility, and Lumus Radiology.
