When a parent asked for help, this snack brand listened with heart.

Majans < 1 mins read

When local mum, Taylah reached out to say her sons, who are autistic, no longer recognised their favourite snack - Infuzions Veggie Straws - after a packaging change, Majans listened.

For her family, this snack is more than just food – it’s a safe food that supports routine and comfort. After hearing her concern, the team at Majans got to work; with a rebrand already in market and stock commitments locked in, the team worked to procure enough stock of the familiar packaging to see the family through to the end of the year, allowing for plenty of transition time, and shipped it off at no cost to the customer.

“This wasn’t about product, or dollars — it was about people,” said Hayley Bonaccorso, Marketing Manager at Majans. “When we realised a simple action could make such a huge difference for this family, we jumped on the opportunity to make it happen. Businesses may not always get everything right, but here at Majans, we will always listen and lead from the heart.

This moment reflects Majans’ ongoing commitment to listening to its community and acting with care. Because food is never just food. It is connection. It is comfort.
