“Belonging should never be considered a luxury,” says SydWest CEO Elfa Moraitakis, herself the daughter of Greek migrants. “It is a fundamental element of a meaningful and healthy life.” Her words echo the lived experiences of countless families who have faced the challenges of adapting to a new culture while holding onto their identity.
