Get ready for a night where Australia’s most influential business leaders and entrepreneurs walk the red carpet at The CEO Magazine’s 14th Annual Executive of the Year Awards – a celebration of leadership, innovation and impact. This year’s event will be held at The Crown Melbourne on Wednesday 12 November 2025.

 

A highlight of the black-tie gala will feature the presentation of the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award, honouring exceptional achievement and influence across Australian business and leadership.

 

Adding a global spotlight, the 100% Human at Work Award created in collaboration with Sir Richard Branson and Virgin Unite will shine a light on organisations that are redefining what it means to lead with humanity, wellbeing and inclusion.

 

The event will be hosted by beloved Australian TV personality Larry Emdur and promises a night of inspiring speeches and powerful human stories.
