Reflections Holidays, the largest holiday park group in New South Wales, increased the economic benefit it generates to regional NSW by 7.1% year-on-year to $135 million in FY25, expanded its portfolio and deepened its commitment to protecting the environment.

Reflections is a Category 1 Crown land manager, unique in its industry because it reinvests profits back into the 40 holiday parks it manages, and the 47 community reserves it cares for in coastal and country NSW.

In its annual Year in Review released today, Reflections FY25 highlights included:

  • Economic benefit generated to NSW of $135M, up 7.1% from FY24’s $126M result

  • Invested $22 million in capital works across its parks, including 30 new roofed accommodation

  • Welcomed 2.1 million guests and visitors across its 40 holiday parks

  • Contributed $5.8M to the Crown Reserve Improvement Fund and Crown reserve maintenance

  • Committed $1.1M to the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, over the next 10 years, to help protect endangered native fish in Australian waterways

  • Welcomed Tumut River holiday park into its portfolio

Minister for Lands and Property, Jobs and Tourism Steve Kamper, congratulated Reflections on its annual results and the important role it plays in communities as a Crown land manager.

"Our Crown land estate is one of NSW’s greatest assets and Reflections Holidays is successfully showcasing it to the world while supporting regional tourism, jobs and local economies,” Mr Kamper said.

"From pristine coastal parks to scenic inland reserves, these destinations are sustainably managed to provide affordable, nature-based holidays with profits reinvested back into Crown reserves for community benefit."

Reflections CEO Nick Baker said FY25 was a year of consolidation for Reflections investing heavily in capital works in 2024, with the strong results achieved notwithstanding headwinds ranging from Tropical Cyclone Alfred and cost of living pressures.

“This is a strong team effort by every member of our organisation and we continue to focus on our Quadruple Bottom Line, measuring our success not just by our financial results, but also those achieved at a cultural, social and environmental level,” Mr Baker said.

“Reflections parks are so much more than your average holiday parks – they are located in some of the most beautiful parts of NSW, drawing local and international visitors, and they are important meeting points for communities, often serving as the post office or general store.

Reflections parks teams give back to their communities in so many ways: they roll up their sleeves to work with local environmental and community groups to protect nature reserves where families and community groups gather; they sponsor and support local sports groups to ensure their ongoing livelihoods; and they fundraise for and support community causes.”

Mr Baker said Reflections was continuing its vision to reimagine camping with exciting new accommodation and its boutique Wilderluxe brand as it continued to cater to its core camping market, offering budget accommodation for families and travellers

“It is a privilege for our organisation to not only offer the best holiday destinations in NSW from coast to country, but to also work with community groups to care for so many pockets of beautiful community reserves across the State.
