Owlet launches TGA-Approved Dream Sock in ANZ.
“Bringing Owlet’s TGA-approved pediatric health monitor to Australia and New Zealand represents a meaningful step in our international growth strategy, as parents are actively seeking trusted, medically-validated solutions,” said Jonathan Harris, Owlet’s President and CEO. “We are bringing the clinical-grade monitoring of Dream Sock to ANZ families through both direct-to-consumer and leading specialty retail channels, while also extending Owlet360 subscription services further to support our growing base of customers in the region.”
Dream Sock is a wearable smart baby monitor designed for infants ages 0-18 months (2.5–13.6 kg). Using advanced, clinically validated technology, Dream Sock tracks key vitals, including pulse rate, oxygen level, and sleep trends. Insights are viewable in real-time through the Owlet Dream App (available via iOS and Android), while both the App and the included Base Station provide notifications if readings fall outside preset ranges. Dream Sock combines the reassurance parents want with the medical-grade accuracy they expect, empowering families with the information to make more informed care decisions.
In conjunction with the Dream Sock launch, Owlet is introducing Owlet360 in Australia and New Zealand, marking the first international rollout of the Company’s subscription service. The Owlet Dream App will continue to provide core pulse rate and oxygen tracking and critical notifications at no cost. Owlet360 adds a higher-value experience through personalized guidance, expert-backed resources, and deeper analytics designed to complement Dream Sock’s real-time vitals monitoring. Subscription features include daily sleep reports and expanded trend insights across pulse rate, oxygen, movement, comfort temperature, and room environment metrics. The Owlet360 expansion supports Owlet’s strategy to diversify revenue and increase recurring, higher-margin subscription contribution over time.
Dream Sock and Owlet360 are now available in Australia and New Zealand via Owlet’s ecommerce websites and through select retail partners. Dream Sock can also be paired with the Company’s Cam® 2 and purchased as the Dream Duo™.
