PENINSULA HOT SPRINGS INVITES GUESTS TO EXPERIENCE COOL MOMENTS THIS SUMMER

Peninsula Hot Springs 3 mins read

This Summer, Peninsula Hot Springs launches Cool Moments, a three-month summer program designed to refresh, revitalise and reimagine warm-weather wellness.

Commencing 1 January, 2026 and running until 31 March, 2026, Cool Moments brings a suite of cooling, refreshing experiences to Peninsula Hot Springs transforming the iconic wellness destination into a sanctuary of shade, mist and chilled tranquillity.

As we welcome Summer, Peninsula Hot Springs debuts their Cool Zone, a newly created space featuring temperature-lowered pools, misting activations, shaded lounging areas and seasonal food and beverage offerings. Designed specifically for warmer weather, the Cool Zone enhances guest comfort, during the peak of Australian Summer.

The summer program also introduces the Cool Moments Trail, a guided journey through the property’s most refreshing experiences, including chilled pools, mist-filled pathways, natural shade pockets, hydrating wellness inclusions and seasonal treats. Guests are invited to explore at their own pace or integrate the trail into a broader self-guided contrast therapy circuit, a revitalising practice that alternates between cool and warm experiences to recharge both body and mind.

At the entrance of Peninsula Hot Springs, guests can indulge in the new Gelati Bar and enjoy frappes, iced matcha, and local gelati during peak holidays, alongside cold brew, acai bowls, choc-tops, the Bath House Café’s Limoncello Spritz, and cold-pressed juices across the property. At the Spa Dreaming Centre, chilled face washers, hydration stations, iced teas, and cooling botanical treatments offer a refreshing alternative to warm-weather relaxation, while three Amphitheatre pools at 20°C, misting activations, and temperature-controlled benches ensure comfort and rejuvenation throughout.

As pioneers in the wellness space, Peninsula Hot Springs continually redefines relaxation and rejuvenation, creating experiences where innovation meets serenity. This summer, that philosophy comes to life with Summer Salt & Glow, a new Spa Treatment launching specifically for Summer. Thoughtfully crafted from two much-loved treatments, the 75-minute experience combines an invigorating salt glow exfoliation with a soothing back massage, finished with a cooling aloe body moisturiser to hydrate and calm the skin. Summer Salt & Glow pairs beautifully with geothermal bathing, inviting guests to discover a revitalised sense of balance, radiance and restoration during the warmer months.

Jacqui Diamond, Chief Marketing Officer at Peninsula Hot Springs, shares:
“Summer at the Springs has always been special, and Cool Moments allows us to elevate the season in a way that feels both refreshing and uniquely immersive. Our new Cool Zone, chilled pools and seasonal wellness rituals highlight our commitment to being a year-round destination, one that adapts, innovates and continues to support our guests’ wellbeing, whatever the weather.”

From chilled pools and shaded pathways to iced matchas and the refreshing flow of contrast therapy, Cool Moments at Peninsula Hot Springs offers guests a sensory-led wellness experience to recharge during the summer heat.
