Choice Hotels International Asia-Pac recognises top properties of 2025 in prestigious Gold Awards

Soda Communications 3 mins read

Leading hotel group Choice Hotels International Asia-Pac has announced its 2025 Gold Award winners, recognising 31 properties across the Asia-Pac region for exceptional performance and steadfast dedication to the guest experience throughout 2025.

Choice Hotels Asia-Pac CEO Trent Fraser said, “It’s always an honour to acknowledge Choice Hotels’ properties and the efforts of franchisees and employees who’ve gone above and beyond in the past year.

“The Choice Hotels Gold Award serves as a benchmark for excellence within the network. The annual recognition allows us to shine a light on franchisees who go above and beyond, not just to uphold the Choice Hotels name but also to deliver the best guest experience possible.

“All of our Gold winners this year are stand-out properties, and we are proud to have them as part of our network. We hope the 2025 Gold Awards serve as inspiration to venture out and travel to new and exciting locations, with the knowledge that they’ll be met with excellent customer service and value for money across our network.”

 .

Winners are determined based on a range of rigorous performance metrics, including guest satisfaction, including ‘likelihood to recommend’ (LTR) scores, operational excellence and active engagement in sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

The 31 hotels recognised with Gold Awards will now advance to Choice Hotels Asia-Pac’s Hotel of the Year Awards, set to be announced in March. These awards also include accolades for Best New Hotel, General Manager and Rising Star, with the nominees evaluated by a panel from the Choice Hotels Asia-Pac executive team.
