Leading Australian real estate company The Agency Group has announced it will provide all staff and agents with complimentary access to Reeboot AI for a one-month period (from their first use), as part of its continued investment in people, performance and scalable growth.

The initiative will be available to more than 850 employees and their families across the organisation, including 480 agents nationally, and reflects The Agency’s focus on building a modern, resilient workforce to support its expanding national footprint.

About Reeboot AI

Reeboot is a clinically designed, AI-powered mental health support platform built for workplace environments. It provides confidential, on-demand support to help individuals manage stress, anxiety, burnout and everyday psychological pressures.

Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the platform enables users to engage privately at a time that suits them, removing common barriers such as scheduling constraints, stigma and location.

Reeboot combines conversational AI with evidence-based psychological frameworks to deliver adaptive support and early intervention. Where escalation is required, users can be connected to live clinical services through its integration with Medmate.

The platform includes embedded safety controls and risk detection logic designed for workplace deployment. Conversations remain confidential and are not shared with employers.

Why Access Matters in High-Pressure Industries

Founder and practising psychologist Vishal Maharaj said Reeboot AI was designed specifically for Australians most likely to struggle and least likely to access traditional support.

“Almost one in five Australians experience a mental health condition each year, yet more than half never see a professional,” Mr Maharaj said.

“What’s striking is how many of those come from shift-based, high-pressure roles - real estate agents, healthcare, FIFO, logistics - where irregular hours and constant demand leave little space for traditional care.”

Mental health pressures in the workforce continue to intensify. Psychological injury claims have risen sharply in recent years, and burnout is increasingly cited as a leading reason for absence. Yet help-seeking remains low, with fewer than half of Australians experiencing a diagnosable condition accessing care in the past year.

The barriers are practical as much as emotional - time constraints, rigid schedules, privacy concerns and stigma within competitive industries.

“It’s not lack of willingness,” Mr Maharaj said.

“It’s lack of time, access and anonymity.”

Reeboot AI is designed to meet users where they actually operate - on demand, outside nine-to-five, with confidential 24/7 access that fits between auctions, open homes and after-hours client calls.

“We didn’t build this for people with spare time,” Mr Maharaj said.

“We built it for the demographic that statistics consistently show is under constant pressure and too often going without support.”

The Agency Group Executive Director Paul Niardone said the initiative reflects the company’s responsibility to support the wellbeing of its people and their families.

“Real estate is a high-pressure profession, and we recognise that mental health is something many people quietly deal with,” Mr Niardone said.

“Sometimes the hardest step is booking a face-to-face appointment. Having a private, on-demand option can be a more comfortable first step for people who may feel embarrassed or unsure about seeking help.”

“As we continue expanding into regional areas across Australia, access to services is not always easy. Making Reeboot available to all of our staff, agents and their family members help ensure support is accessible wherever our people live and work.”

“We believe it’s important to openly acknowledge mental health and make support available before issues become bigger problems.”
