EPPING, NSW | March 20, 2026 – Following overwhelming public demand, AMA Event Management, in partnership with the City of Parramatta, is thrilled to announce the official launch of the Epping Night Markets. Kicking off on Friday, 24th April, this new monthly event will transform Boronia Park into a vibrant twilight hub of food, retail, and entertainment.
The market follows a landmark Council decision to approve a one-year trial for the site. Community engagement conducted by the City of Parramatta revealed that a staggering 98 per cent of respondents were in favour of bringing a consistent night market to the Epping area.
“Cities around the world are famous for their night markets and we want to bring some of that flavour and fun to the streets of Epping,” said City of Parramatta Lord Mayor, Cr Martin Zaiter. “We know that locals want to see more markets—98 per cent of respondents to Council’s community engagement were supportive.”
Operating on the last Friday of each month from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, the market eatures a carefully curated selection of stalls. Visitors can expect a diverse street eats and artisan stalls, all set within the picturesque Boronia Park.
City of Parramatta Deputy Lord Mayor, Cr Charles Chen, noted the significance for the suburb: “Night markets are a great way to support the community whilst getting together with family and friends to have a good night out. It also shows Council’s commitment to delivering quality events to suburban areas that will delight both residents and visitors alike.”

With the market already generating significant "buzz" following its initial announcement at the Epping Lunar New Year event, stalls are expected to fill quickly.
