Prince Group Partners 2 mins read

Sydney, Australia - 5 March 2026: Prince Group Partners today announced the appointments of Juliet Ensor (nee Hardman) and Ceri Clark to Prince Group Partners, further strengthening the group’s financial and legal executive capability as it enters its next chapter of growth.

Ms Ensor brings deep experience in accounting and finance, having recently concluded an 18-year career at PwC, where she built a reputation for technical excellence, commercial judgement and client-facing leadership across complex business environments.

Ms Ensor is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction), majoring in Accounting and Finance, from the University of New South Wales.

In her new role at Prince Group Partners, Ms Ensor will lead the finance function and support strategic growth across the group’s portfolio.

Initially, Ms Ensor will temporarily assume many of the responsibilities of Zambrero’s departing General Manager of Finance, Shaun Ward, who has resigned to pursue a new opportunity. She will ensure continuity and disciplined financial stewardship while a recruitment process is undertaken for Mr Ward’s replacement.

The Group thanks Mr Ward for his contribution to Zambrero during his tenure, particularly his leadership within the finance function, and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.

Mr Clark joins Prince Group Partners after serving as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Retail Zoo for a decade, where he oversaw legal matters for leading brands including Boost Juice and Betty’s Burgers.

Across his tenure, Mr Clark led complex commercial negotiations, governance frameworks and brand protection strategies within high-growth consumer businesses. Prior to Retail Zoo, he held roles as a Solicitor at Spotless Group Limited, the Big Lottery Fund and the Transport Accident Commission.

Mr Clark holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management from the Governance Institute of Australia. He has been admitted to the Senior Courts of England and Wales and the Supreme Court of Victoria, and holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Media Studies from La Trobe University.

As a Prince Group Partner, Mr Clark will strengthen legal and governance capability across the group, supporting business leaders and executive teams as the portfolio continues to scale and transact with greater complexity.

QUOTES ATTRIBUTABLE TO JULIET ENSOR

“I’m excited to begin this new chapter at Prince Group Partners and join a team of passionate professionals driving the portfolio forward.

“Prince Group Partners is entering an important phase of growth and consolidation. I look forward to contributing to the strong foundation that Sam has built in financial discipline across the group, while ensuring continuity within Zambrero’s finance function during the transition period.”

QUOTES ATTRIBUTABLE TO CERI CLARK

“Prince Group Partners has built a dynamic and ambitious portfolio, and I am delighted to be joining at such a pivotal stage of its growth.

“Strong legal foundations and governance frameworks are critical to sustainable expansion. I look forward to working closely with Sam and the leadership team to support disciplined transactions and robust governance across the group.”

QUOTES ATTRIBUTABLE TO DR SAM PRINCE, FOUNDER, PRINCE GROUP PARTNERS

“We’re delighted to welcome both Juliet and Ceri to Prince Group Partners. They each bring depth, rigour and leadership in their respective disciplines.

“Juliet strengthens our financial stewardship at a critical moment of scale, while Ceri adds significant legal and governance capability across the portfolio.

“In my experience, the team that takes a business from A to B is not always the team that takes it from B to C. These appointments reflect our evolution and ensure we have the right leadership capability in place for the next phase of disciplined growth.”
