You are invited to attend South Australia’s International Workers’ Memorial Day Service — a respectful public memorial for workers who have died because of their job.

  • WHERE: Pilgrim Uniting Church, 12 Flinders Street, Adelaide
  • VISION / PHOTO: personalised memorials including candles and images; blue flowers symbolising “Memories”; candle-lighting tribute during the service

2026 theme: “Memories” — acknowledging that our loved ones are more than a statistic and our memories allow them to live on.

VOID (Voice of Industrial Death) is a small not-for-profit support group that will lead South Australia’s 2026 Workers’ Memorial Day Service on 28 April 2026, bringing together families, workers, unions, safety advocates and community members to remember those who have lost their lives as a result of their work.
