Melbourne, Australia — Barnet Associates is partnering with Melbourne-based company Cyber Awareness Services to bring a different approach to solving business problems—cutting operating expenses, accelerating timelines, and delivering results in days instead of months.

Through its FlAigship™ platform, Barnet Associates is helping organisations reduce operational expenses by up to ~60% while completing projects that traditionally drag on for months or even stall. The focus is simple: identify business processes that aren't working, fix it quickly, and move the business forward.

Cyber Awareness Services, an Australian company focused on improving efficiencies and reducing costs of cyber security, is an early adopter of FlAigship™. Known for their fully automated and personalised platform that delivers tailored phishing simulations and ongoing employee training, the company partnered with Barnet Associates to address internal operational challenges and inefficiencies.

The first adopter of FlAigship™ was an Australian company that were caught up in an employee evaluation project that was months behind with no resolution in sight. Barnet Associates built the solution, completing the initial project in seven days - turning a months-old, stalled project into a completed, actionable outcome.

Barnet Associates is now supporting Cyber Awareness Services to extend their current offerings from specialised security solutions, into wider business process improvements, aligning very well with their goal of improving efficiencies and reducing costs for clients.

“Cyber Awareness Services has built a strong business by focusing on a real problem—the human side of cyber risk,” said Evan Barnet, CEO of Barnet Associates. “With FlAigship™, we’re able to step into situations that are stuck or overcomplicated and get their clients moving quickly."

Steve Brown, Managing Director of Cyber Awareness Services, said the relationship with Barnet Associates brings a strong strategic advantage.

“We’re always looking for services that will benefit our clients, mostly through improved efficiency and reducing costs. Growth and operational efficiency is central to this. Having worked in IT for over 35 years, I’ve seen some really big ‘wow’ moments where new technology provides an exponential jump in benefits. This is one of those moments. Barnet Associates has taken that to a previously unthinkable level with automated solutions delivered in days, and future iterations also delivered in days, or even hours. Their approach is practical, fast, and focused on results. They are helping us to strengthen our clients, while also supporting our long-term growth strategy.”

The work with Cyber Awareness Services represents an important step for Barnet Associates as it builds awareness in the Australian market through real, delivered outcomes—not theory.

Barnet Associates continues to focus on helping businesses reduce operating expenses, improve execution, and complete critical projects faster through FlAigship™ and its broader AI capabilities.
