May 11, 2026; Brisbane, Australia: Leading Australian technology services and solutions provider, Data#3, is proud to announce that it has been recognised as one of Australia’s Best Workplaces in Technology for 2026 by the Great Place To Work® Institute.
Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, announced the 50 Best Workplaces™ in Technology for 2026 across three size categories.
Data#3 was named in the top ten of the Medium and Large company category.
Data#3 CEO and Managing Director, Brad Colledge, said it was an honour to be included among Australia’s best technology workplaces.
“At Data#3, we see culture as something that must stand up to scrutiny and scale with the business. Being named one of Australia’s Best Workplaces in Technology reinforces that the standards we set for how we operate are being applied consistently across the organisation and extend into how we work with our customers and partners,” Colledge said.
The companies were shortlisted using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. In curating what makes a Best Workplace™ in Australia, they used the same methodology as when curating the renowned Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For in the US and Fortune’s World’s Best Workplaces.
Data#3 Chief People Officer, Tash Wick, said: “We have focused on building an environment where trust, flexibility and meaningful work are part of how we operate every day.”
“Our HEART values of honesty, excellence, agility, respect and teamwork guide the way we show up for each other, our customers and our communities. This recognition reflects how consistently those values are put into practice throughout the organisation.”
This acknowledgment from Great Place To Work® caps off a strong month for Data#3, following its eleventh consecutive year as an Employer of Choice with Human Resources Director (HRD) and its selection as a finalist in the Technology category of the 2026 AFR Best Places to Work Awards. Together, these acknowledgements are based on consistent employee feedback and independent assessment across culture, leadership, development and inclusion.
While each award measures different aspects of the employee experience, the common thread is the environment Data#3 continues to build. As expectations continue to shift from stated values to lived experience, the company remains focused on cultivating a workplace where trust, fairness and opportunity are delivered consistently.
