Integrate 2026 show floor nears sell-out ahead of September

Exhibition space at the 2 to 4 September event at ICC Sydney is close to capacity, with visitor registration open now.

SYDNEY, 7 July 2026 — Integrate 2026, the annual exhibition for Australia and New Zealand's audiovisual industry, is on track to be its largest edition to date, with exhibition space on the show floor close to sold out. The event returns to ICC Sydney from 2 to 4 September, and visitor registration is open now.

Integrate is the ANZ AV industry's annual meeting point, bringing manufacturers, distributors, integrators, consultants and end users together in one venue. For many in the sector it is the primary opportunity each year to compare products side by side, see new technology working in real conditions, and reconnect with peers and suppliers in person.

The 2026 show floor will host more than 120 exhibitors across 10 technology zones, spanning audio systems, control systems, digital signage, projection and interactive displays, streaming, AVoIP and broadcast, UCC and collaboration, and IT networking. Several exhibitors are expected to show product launches and first-in-market releases on stand, giving visitors early access to technology before wider release. Integrate is again co-located with the Security Exhibition & Conference and, new for 2026, the Fire Security Expo, allowing visitors to move across all three events on a single registration.

"The show floor filling to this level tells us the industry wants to be in the room together," said Soren Norgaard, Event Director for Integrate. "This is where the ANZ AV community reconnects, sees new products working in real conditions, and has the conversations that are hard to have any other way. It is our largest edition to date, and there is still plenty for visitors to plan around before September."

Entry to the show floor is free for registered trade professionals. The event's education programme, the Integrate & AVIXA Tech Talks, runs alongside the exhibition across all three days and is ticketed separately. Registration for both is available now via the Integrate website.
