Display Suite opening offers first look at major Inner West urban renewal project
The Five Dock community and residents from across Sydney are invited to get their first look at Kings Bay Village when leading developer and builder Deicorp opens its Display Suite with a free community celebration on Saturday, 1 August 2026.
Set across a 31,300 square metre site within the Kings Bay Precinct, Kings Bay Village is one of the largest mixed-use urban renewal developments ever proposed for Sydney's Inner West.
Designed by award-winning architects TURNER on behalf of Deicorp, the city-shaping project will deliver:
- Around 1,185 apartments across six architecturally designed buildings
- More than 200 affordable homes for key workers, including police officers, nurses and teachers
- 14,700 square metres of retail and commercial space, including a supermarket, cafés, restaurants and health services
- More than 6,500 square metres of parks and publicly accessible
- A 2,290 square metre landscaped village green and civic plaza.

The free family event will feature complimentary coffee and sweet treats from Pasticceria Papa, a community sausage sizzle, live performances by Rosebank College, face painting and family activities.
Visitors will also enjoy an exclusive preview of the Kings Bay Village Display Suite ahead of the project's official sales launch on Saturday, 8 August.
