Revenue grew 46% to A$6.38 million in FY26, up from A$4.36 million in FY25, continuing a three-year revenue CAGR of approximately 81%.
Boresight completed a successful ASX debut on 10 June 2026, raising A$8.0 million before costs at 20 cents per share.
The Company closed the year with A$7.88 million in cash and no debt, and net assets of A$7.82 million.
Boresight deepened its Australian Defence Force relationship and expanded into new US and European markets, including a new Huntsville, Alabama facility lease.
The Company enters FY27 with approximately A$2.31 million in deferred revenue and confirmed orders, plus a A$2.6 million quoted pipeline.
Boresight Ltd (ASX: BST) has released its Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2026, reporting a 46% increase in revenue to A$6.38 million, up from A$4.36 million in FY25.
The year was headlined by the Company's ASX listing on 10 June 2026, which raised A$8.0 million before costs and left Boresight with A$7.88 million in cash and no debt at year end. Gross profit reached A$3.15 million, while the Group recorded a net loss after tax of A$6.66 million, including A$3.60 million in non-cash share-based payments.
Operationally, Boresight strengthened its Australian Defence Force engagement through ADF-funded upgrades to its BS-350 ISR drone and new contracts under the LAND 156 program, while expanding manufacturing in Huntsville, Alabama and commencing operations of Boresight UK Ltd to drive European sales.
Non-Executive Chairman Dr Andrew Windsor said the Board believes the Group's investments during FY26 "provide a strong foundation for revenue growth, expanded market opportunities, and long-term shareholder value."
