Full Integrate 2026 Programme Confirmed, One Week From Opening

Three days of education at ICC Sydney, from free show floor sessions to ticketed deep-dive forums.

SYDNEY, 26 August 2026 — With one week until doors open, Integrate 2026 has confirmed its full education programme across three days at ICC Sydney. The line-up runs from free, practitioner-led sessions open to everyone on the show floor through to ticketed sessions that go deep on a single subject, giving visitors plenty to plan around before they arrive.

The programme reflects where the industry's attention actually sits right now: AI in day-to-day AV work, the shift to AV as a service, networked and broadcast AV, intelligent audio, and the workforce question underneath all of it. Rather than predictions, the sessions are built around what practitioners are dealing with on live projects.

Free with show floor registration

Registration to the show floor is free, and it covers more than the exhibition. Alongside ten technology zones, visitors can attend a run of free sessions with no ticket needed:

  • Lunch and Learns, over the lunch break each day: a Microsoft session on AI-powered collaboration on Wednesday, and an AVIXA panel on building the AV workforce on Thursday.

  • CEDIA Industry Leaders Forum, Thursday morning: sector health, smart energy skills, assistive technology for independent living, and the arrival of humanoid robots on the tools.

  • SMPTE Oceania Industry Forum, Thursday afternoon: marking SMPTE's 110th year, with panels on cloud and hybrid broadcast workflows, IP and remote production, and software-defined media.

  • AVIXA Women's Council Forum, sponsored by Diversified and Logitech: inclusive leadership as a growth strategy, in line with International Women's Day 2026's "Give to Gain" theme.

  • AVIAs, presented by AV.technology in conjunction with Integrate: the region's project delivery honours across commercial, government, education, live events, hospitality, worship and community categories, closing day one.

  • AV User Group Sydney meet-up, Wednesday: a relaxed way for end users to connect with peers and learn about the group.-up offers end users a relaxed way to connect with peers and learn about the group.

The ticketed programme

For visitors who want to go deeper, the ticketed Tech Talks programme spans all three days.

Wednesday opens with the Intelligence Economy panel on where AV sits in the wider business stack, followed by sessions on intelligent spaces and getting real value from LED. The afternoon brings the AI in AV Mini Conference, a focused two-hour programme that separates practical AI application from hype, with tickets starting at $200 plus GST.

Thursday moves from AV as a service through higher education AV to networked AV.

Friday rounds out the week with broadcast AV, live production and the future of audio.

"A week out, the thing worth saying is that there is a version of this show for everyone," said Soren Norgaard, Event Director for Integrate. "If you want to walk the floor, see the technology and sit in on a few free sessions, registration costs nothing. If you want to go deep on AI, broadcast or where the industry is heading, the ticketed programme is there for you. Either way, the useful move this week is to register and plan your days."

Register

Show floor registration is free via the Integrate website. Ticketed programme sessions can be added during registration.
