TatMooda Pty Ltd < 1 min read

Australian-founded meditation platform brings guided nervous system support to users in English, Spanish, French and German.

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – 8 August 2026 – TatMooda, a new multilingual guided meditation app created to help people calm the body, quiet the mind and support nervous system regulation, is now available to download free on the App Store and Google Play.

Founded by Australian holistic health practitioner Issi Gispan, TatMooda translates years of one-to-one client experience into accessible guided practices that people can use at home or wherever they need a moment to reset. Its approach combines guided visualisation, body awareness and calming sensory guidance, without requiring users to repeatedly revisit painful experiences.

“Many people try to think their way into calm while their body is still signalling danger,” said Gispan. “TatMooda begins with the body. When the nervous system experiences greater safety and ease, the mind has more room to settle. My goal is to make that experience simple, compassionate and available across languages.”

The app is designed for people experiencing everyday stress, emotional overwhelm, overthinking or difficulty slowing down. Users can choose from a growing library of guided meditations and reset experiences, with content available in English, Spanish, French and German.

KEY FEATURES

• Guided nervous system reset meditations
• Four-language experience: English, Spanish, French and German

Premier’s hospital plea exposes failure to staff NSW emergency departments

ASMOF NSW – The Doctors Union says it is an indictment of the NSW health system that Premier Chris Minns has been forced to ask people to avoid emergency departments unless their life may be in danger. The warning followed the busiest recorded winter day for Sydney emergency departments, with almost 10,000 presentations and more than 4,100 ambulance call-outs. ASMOF NSW President Dr Nicholas Spooner said winter demand was predictable and hospitals should be staffed accordingly. “Winter happens every year. Influenza, COVID and respiratory illnesses place additional pressure on hospitals every year. “The Minns Government cannot continue treating predictable increases…
