Coles is bringing back the lost art of spontaneous summer entertaining with the launch of the new Curtis Stone Summer Entertaining range.

The exclusive eight-piece collectables range offers practical and stylish kitchen and serving essentials that customers can pick up, just by doing their regular shop.

Designed to make entertaining easier, the range has everything customers need to turn last-minute plans into memorable meals with family and friends.

As busy calendars make catching up harder, new research by Coles reveals Australians are craving spontaneous get-togethers, with a third (33%) saying they would like to be more spontaneous this summer, including hosting or attending last-minute dinner parties.

While the appetite is there, the reality tells a different story, with just 30% of Australians hosting a last-minute dinner party across August[1].

Coles Ambassador and Michelin-starred chef Curtis Stone said memory-making entertaining does not need to be perfectly planned.

“I love a beautiful dinner party, but some of my favourite meals are the ones that come together on the fly. Good food, a few people you love and a relaxed table are really all you need.

Curtis designed the new range to make preparing, cooking and serving food for family and friends feel simple.

“The pieces look great on the table, but they’re practical too, so you can spend less time worrying about getting everything perfect and more time enjoying the people around you.

“For last-minute entertaining, I always recommend choosing a couple of dishes you know everyone will love, making the most of fresh seasonal ingredients and putting everything in the middle of the table for people to share. It creates a relaxed atmosphere and means everyone can just tuck in,” Curtis said.

The new Curtis Stone Summer Entertaining range has eight versatile pieces spanning food preparation, cooking and serving.

Made for real Australian summer occasions, the range can take customers from casual lunches and impromptu dinners through to family gatherings and festive celebrations.

From oil pourers to grill presses and air fryers, each piece has been curated to combine everyday practicality with a premium look and feel, helping customers get the table ready without weeks of planning.

From 16 September, customers who have previously participated in eligible Coles collectables campaigns can begin earning credits during the two-week pre-earn period.

Then from Wednesday 30 September, eligible Flybuys members can earn one cookware credit for every $20 spent in a single eligible transaction when they scan or enter their Flybuys in-store or online at Coles[2].

Customers can collect even faster by earning bonus credits on selected products from participating brands, with credits earned separately from standard Flybuys points.

Credits can be earned until 12 January 2027, with customers able to redeem their remaining credits until 19 January 2027, while stocks last.
