iMile opens enterprise-grade delivery network to Australia’s small and medium-sized online retailers

iMile Delivery 2 mins read

MELBOURNE, Australia, 7 October 2026 - iMile opens its Australian delivery network to small and medium-sized online retailers shipping from 20 parcels a day. iMile works with e-commerce clients across Australia and international markets, including TikTok, SHEIN and The Nile. The new offering gives small and medium-sized merchants access to the same network, with pickup, local and interstate delivery, returns, tracking and account support available through one provider.

The offering is supported by an upgraded line-haul network connecting major cities across six states and the Australian Capital Territory. More frequent departures support same-day pickup and dispatch, giving iMile greater control over interstate delivery times. The network is backed by more than 2,000 registered drivers and more than 2,000 pickup and drop-off locations.

According to iMile's Australian operational data, its network reaches more than 85% of the Australian population and 95% of Victoria's population. The network records a 99% delivery success rate. On eligible routes, same-city deliveries can arrive as soon as the next business day, while interstate deliveries can arrive within two business days.

"A retailer shipping 20 parcels a day may be shipping hundreds as it grows. It should not have to replace its delivery system at every stage," Christopher John Read, head of sales at iMile, said. "We built our network and technology to handle large e-commerce volumes. We can now offer the same capability to smaller Australian retailers as they grow."

The Nile is among the first online retailers to use the lower-volume offering. "iMile has streamlined our operations and helped us provide a more timely service to customers," Jethro Marks, founder of The Nile, said. "Its lower-volume service gives growing online retailers access to logistics support that would normally be difficult to secure at this scale."

The company uses technology, including AI-enabled tools, to check addresses, forecast demand and track parcels from pickup to delivery. Merchants can also manage missed deliveries, click-and-collect orders and returns through the network.

The service is available to eligible Australian retailers shipping from 20 parcels a day. Retailers can request pricing or apply at https://www.imile.com/AU-en/
