VFS Global Academy, the education and talent development arm of VFS Global, today announced the launch of its Sydney Academy, in partnership with Wellington Education Group (WEG), marking another important milestone in the Academy's global expansion strategy. The launch reflects a shared commitment by VFS Global Academy and WEG to deliver industry-relevant training programmes that equip learners with the knowledge, practical skills, and professional competencies required to succeed in the travel, tourism, hospitality, and customer service sectors.
The inauguration ceremony, held at Sydney Town Hall, brought together representatives from the education sector, industry partners, government stakeholders, and VFS Global leadership to celebrate the launch and the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two organisations.

Wellington Education Group will support student recruitment and engagement, provide the online learning platform required for programme delivery, offer the necessary training infrastructure, and assist in promoting the programmes across the local Australian market to enhance awareness and participation.
